Quality assurance begins and ends with ensuring all clinical trial activities meet regulatory and ethical standards. It also oversees audit and training procedures to maintain excellence at every Synexus centre.
The Synexus Quality Management System (SQMS) monitors data quality, provides ongoing staff training, encourages feedback from monitors and patients, and continually analyses and reviews Synexus‘ procedures and SOPs.
Each Synexus centre collects feedback from its patients - vital to maintain high standards, and ensure patient retention targets are achieved and surpassed. The Monitor Feedback forms measure nine variables of customer satisfaction encompassing:
