The quality of staff in any organisation is key to achieving total client satisfaction. At Synexus, not only are we aware of this, we are devoted to it.
All new personnel are required to excel in a comprehensive induction. Once our people have impressed us enough to join the Synexus team they are under individual assessment and receive training constantly to ensure they are well prepared to meet the challenges you throw at them.
Our training courses include:
- Good Clinical Practice
- COP & SOP training (Corporate and Standard Operating Procedures)
- IRMER training - radiation training for DXA scanner use
- Therapeutic areas training - dedicated to specific studies
- Site initiations - attended by all centre staff
- CPR - resuscitation training
- Management and leadership training.
